Delete your account

You can delete your MyCloudSuites account at any time. It can’t be undone.
Steps
- Sign in and go to your account page.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm that you want to delete it. You’re signed out and taken to the home page.
What’s removed
Straight away, we remove your email address, your name, your settings and your sign-in sessions. The count of downloads stays, no longer linked to you. See the Privacy Policy for everything we keep and why.
The apps you’ve installed keep working, and your files stay on your computer: we never had them.
Changed your mind?
You can create a new account with the same email address whenever you like. Your old download history doesn’t come back.
To have a message you sent us removed as well, contact us.
