Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MyCloudSuites collects when you use mycloudsuites.com and its apps, why, and how you can delete it. We keep as little as we can.

Your documents

The desktop apps open and save your files on your own computer. We don't receive your documents or anything in them. The only time a document leaves your computer is when you use a feature that says so, such as asking the AI assistant a question, which sends the pages you choose to the AI provider you picked (Anthropic or OpenAI).

Your account

When you sign in we keep:

• Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• How you signed in (Google or an email link) and when you joined and were last active.
• Your settings: whether you want emails about new versions, and whether you share anonymous usage.
• A record of your downloads: when, which version, and which operating system your browser reported.
• Your sign-in session, which includes your browser's name and version, so you stay signed in for up to 30 days.

We use this to run your account, give you the downloads, tell you about new versions if you asked, and understand how many people use MyCloudSuites. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

Website visits

We count visits without cookies. For each page view we store the page, the website that sent you (for example, google.com), and a code made from your IP address, your browser and a random value that changes every day. That lets us count visitors for a day without being able to recognise you on another day or tie a visit to you.

Usage from the desktop app

Off unless you turn it on in your account. If you do, the app may send counts of which tools are used and the app version. Never file names, file contents or anything you type.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one while you sign in with Google. Both are needed for signing in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark mode choice is kept in your browser, not sent to us.

Services we use

• Amazon Web Services hosts the website and its database, in the United States.
• Resend sends our sign-in and update emails.
• Google, if you choose Continue with Google, confirms your identity and tells us your email address and name.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete it at any time from your account page; that removes your email address, name, settings and sessions straight away. The count of downloads stays, no longer linked to you. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.

Children

MyCloudSuites isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
